SES acted as the project lead responsible for energy audits, engineering design, and implementation of newly optimized and efficient equipment for the hospital. The equipment was paid for via a Shared Savings contract whereby SES invested their money and SES and Adi Husada shared in the savings over a 5 year period.
At the end of the 5-year contract all assets were transferred to the hospital and the hospital is now recieving 100% of the energy savings for the rest of the equipment life (estimated 15 years).
