How We Structure It
Depending on your facility's needs, Energy Efficiency as a Service can be delivered through one of the following models.
Cooling as a Service
We own, operate, and maintain your chiller plant. You pay for cooling delivered, not equipment purchased.
Steam as a Service
SES finances and operates your steam system. You pay per tonne of steam consumed, not for the boiler plant.
Compressed Air as a Service
We install and run your compressed air infrastructure. You pay for the air you use, not the compressors.
Shared Savings
SES and the client share the energy savings generated, aligning our incentives with yours from day one.
