Why Save Energy
Energy efficiency isn't just an environmental talking point. It's one of the most direct levers a facility owner has on operating cost.
The Economic Case
Wasted energy is money leaving the building every month, whether or not anyone notices. Across the 200+ facilities we've worked with, unaddressed inefficiencies routinely account for 20–40% of the energy bill, savings that go straight to the bottom line once captured.
The Environmental Case
Buildings and industry account for a large share of Indonesia's energy-related emissions. Every retrofit we deliver reduces a facility's carbon footprint alongside its utility bill, which increasingly matters to tenants, investors, and regulators alike.
The Regulatory Case
Green building certification and ESG reporting requirements are becoming standard expectations, not optional extras. Getting ahead of energy performance now avoids a scramble to comply later.
Where The Waste Actually Happens
A chiller plant is a loop: chilled water carries heat out of the building, the chiller pumps that heat into the condenser water loop, and the cooling tower rejects it outside. Every stop in that loop is a place efficiency quietly leaks. Click or tap any component below.
Temperatures shown are typical design values for a tropical-climate plant, illustrative, not a specific site's readings.
